Africa Legacy – Brussels

Curated by Didier Claes, Africa Legacy brings together over 250 classical and contemporary works from private and institutional collections in Brussels. Presented at the Espace Vanderborght with the support of the City of Brussels and the Congolese Cultural Center, the exhibition offers an immersive journey through time, revealing the continuity of African forms, symbols, and imaginaries.

From classical art to contemporary creations, visitors will discover a continent on the move, whose visual cultures have continuously nourished, inspired, and transformed world art history.
