 Reconfiguring the African Icon: Odes to the Mask by Modern and Contemporary Artists from Three Continents is an exhibit with very creative re-imaginings of the iconic form of the African mask. Some 20 works of art have been selected for this collaborative curatorial project. A traditional art form created out of discarded modern objects makes for a wonderfully ironic exhibit.
